The Overflow Summit is a one-day career, wellness, and purpose-centered experience created for women navigating transition, burnout, layoffs, career change, reinvention, or a new season of life.

This gathering was created to give women space to pause, breathe, reflect, reconnect, and prepare for what is next. Through career development, emotional wellness resources, meaningful conversation, reflection, and community, our hope is that every woman leaves feeling more clear, supported, and reminded that she is not alone.

The Overflow Summit is faith-rooted, but not faith-required. There will be faith and spiritual elements woven throughout the day, including inspirational music, a space for prayer, reflection, and moments of encouragement. We welcome women across faith traditions, spiritual backgrounds, and life experiences. You do not have to believe the same thing to belong in the room.

Our desire is to create a safe, accepting, and respectful space where women can bring their whole selves — their questions, hopes, grief, faith, uncertainty, joy, and becoming — and be met with care.

Admission is free, and space is limited so we can keep the experience intimate, supportive, and intentional.
